me & my blog
Hi…
I am Rahul.
An Electrical & Electronics Engineering student of National Institute of Technology-Calicut from India. An electronics enthusiast & blogger by hobby. I love to write, but I’m poor in making up stories, but then I love making stuffs and hence “Let’s Open Source” was made.
The concept of free sharing or so called “open source” is a philosophy, or a pragmatic methodology that promotes free redistribution and access to source code. That’s what wiki people defines “open source”.I don’t have anything to do with it.I love the word very much.. To me, there is only one meaning to it “sharing”,because I believe sharing is caring.
A little about me and my home,
Big fan of Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, Amir Khan & Mohanlal. Cricket is a religion in my country.India is a big country with 29 states with as many languages and cultural heritages, but that’s what makes us unique, isn’t. I come from the very south of India, the state of Kerala acclaimed as “gods own country” by the tourism website and promos. Well if you consider the temple density,i guess it’s true. Kerala is a beautiful place, you get the high ranges to oceans, wildlife to the backwaters; all at one place, comfortable continental whether all through the year, with heavy monsoon and summer rains. It’s good to be home. (If you are looking for travel spot, Kerala is worth more than a visit).
My college commonly known as NIT C or C REC (old name), is a premier engineering college in India, situated in the north of Kerala. There is so lot to talk about my college, may be later.
I almost forgot to say,
I’m also an active member of Robotics Interest Group, commonly referred as “rig”, in my college.I will talk about RIG in a separate post one day.
So let’s get back to “Let’s Open Source”
Quoting Steve Jobs, “stay hungry, stay foolish”
regards,
Rahul Manoj
